Damian Bonazzoli is an accomplished guitarist, composer, arranger, and educator with almost 40 years of playing experience and more than 20 years of teaching. Holding a degree in music from the University of Massachusetts, Damian has performed on some of the world’s most diverse stages—from rock festivals to intimate jazz clubs, blues jams, to folk and bluegrass gatherings, musical theatre productions, to classical recitals. His versatility spans rock, blues, folk, jazz, and symphonic compositions, with eight full-length recordings to his name.
Inspired by guitar legends like Joe Pass, David Gilmour, and Joe Satriani, Damian has a unique playing style that transcends genres. His instrumental album, The Endless Highway, was released in 2018, and his follow-up album, This Silent Well, will be released in 2025.
Beyond his work as a musician, Damian’s passion for teaching is evident in his personalized approach, guiding each student through their own musical journey. Damian's background as an attorney, a captain in the U.S. Army, a classroom teacher, and a private academic tutor inform his teaching method, as he recognizes that all students learn differently and have their own goals.
In addition to his private online teaching, Damian is the founder of the Elite Academy of Music and Motion. In founding the Academy, Damian’s goal was to provide the highest quality music instruction in a positive, welcoming environment, an approach which has led to the Academy earning perfect 5-star ratings across multiple platforms and repeatedly being named “Best Music School” in the area.
In 2022, Damian stepped aside as Director of the Academy to focus on his true love of teaching. He remains a passionate and dedicated instructor, gently challenging his students to reach ever higher levels of excellence.

Niki Mousikos is a life long student of music, starting piano at age 6 and viola at age 10. Mousikos translates to musician in Greek, so it must be in the genes! In 5th grade, she began playing viola in the elementary public school orchestra under the direction of Kathy Finn. taking classes for her music education degree, she studied fundamental orchestra pedagogy with a leading source in string education, Michael Allen. Professor Allen developed The Essential Elements series, which you might see at any local music shop or in our own music academy inventory.
Ms. Niki taught in the Brevard Public School system for 5 years, serving as music teacher at Mims Elementary. There she taught Choir, 5 th grade beginning orchestra, 6 th grade intermediate orchestra, and K-6 general music classes. Niki has taught with various programs and local businesses
